Genesis
As mentioned this is the first private multispecialty hospital of Indore which was started in1959 by late Dr N.C. Shah, MBBS, MS who was a renowned Gynecologist of Indore. Hesuccessfully ran this hospital up to 2017 & then handed over toDr Santosh Dubey who is associated with us & then in July 2023 Dr Rajneesh Gupta, Orthopedic Surgeon took up this hospital with an aim to provide dedicated orthopedic, trauma & spine services in addition to scope of services
• At Sewalaya hospital we screen 5,500 patients per year appx
• At Sewalaya we do 1,500 surgeries annually appx.
• Across 1500 appx surgeries 60 % are major and Orthosurgeries.

- Earlier associated with ESIC Indore as Senior Orthopedic Surgeon.
- Performed many critical RTA, Trauma and TKR, THR & Spine surgeries.
- After DNB worked in Rockland Hospital New Delhi under Dr Pankaj Bajaj.
- Associated as Director at Sewalaya Hospital since July 2023.
Our Achievements
- As this hospital is 60 years old in infrastructure, we still have maintained the hospital in compliance with all the State and National legal norms.
- We at Sewalaya Hospital is working at very nominal treatment and care charges as compared to the other hospitals in the vicinity.
- All the services are taken care in consideration with the local population of this old Indore area. We are associated with RBSK for Paediatric Surgeries at our hospital at totally on FOC basis, we have done about 50 surgeries in RBSK & over 1000+ Paediatric surgeries under Ayushman Yojana.
- We at this hospital, is having good & justifiable Normal Delivery rate as compared to other hospital of the city.
- We are doing camps in the nearby remote areas and screening the population in the field of Orthopedics & Gynecology.
- As the part of the camp we do provide medicines as FOC basis.
- Operated multiple cases of crush injuries and restored the maximum functionality.
- Associated with Swami Parmamnand trust which is dedicated to the intellectually disabled children's and providing orthopedic care on routine basis.
- On every Sunday we provide FOC OPDs for Orthopedic & Gynecology for 1 hour i.e. 11:00 to 12:00pm.
